The full show, end to end

This is the flagship path through ShowSuite: one event, drawn in ShowPlot, pulled and packed in ShowKeep, and invoiced in ShowBill. The three apps stay linked the whole way, so you draw, pull, and bill the same show instead of retyping the gear list three times.

  1. Draw the room. Start the show in ShowPlot and lay out the room or stage to real dimensions. See Create a show and a room.
  2. Place your gear. Place fixtures, deck, truss, and video from the library. If your organization has ShowKeep on Max, place your real owned gear from the Owned pane instead of stand-ins. See Place gear from the library and Use your ShowKeep inventory inside ShowPlot.
  3. Watch availability as you draw. Owned, available, and short counts update live for your show dates. See Check availability before you pull.
  4. Send to ShowKeep. Turn the finished plot into a job and a pull sheet with one action. A preflight shows any shortages before you commit. See Send work between apps.
  5. Pull and pack. In ShowKeep, pull the job and pack cases; back in ShowPlot, pull those cases into the truck pack tool and print the pack sheet. See Pack the truck and Your ShowKeep cases become ShowPlot's truck pack.
  6. Run load-out day. Scan gear into cases, print manifests, and load the truck against the pack sheet. See the load-out day workflow for the full sequence.
  7. Send to ShowBill. After the show, send the job to ShowBill to invoice. Because ShowKeep already knows the rental math, the invoice arrives priced. See Turn a plot or a job into an invoice.

:::tip One event, three apps, one link A show, a job, and an invoice sent this way are linked to each other. If you go back and add gear to the plot after sending it, ShowKeep and ShowBill both show a "changed in ShowPlot" banner so you can pull the update in, not lose it. :::
