ShowBill overview
ShowBill is the ShowSuite app for invoicing the show. You build estimates and invoices, keep a list of clients, get paid online, and keep records for your books, all in one place.
ShowBill is the newest addition to the suite, built to sit alongside ShowPlot and ShowKeep on the same account. You do not need either of the other apps to use it. Plenty of companies run ShowBill on its own as their invoicing tool.
What you can do in ShowBill
- Build estimates and invoices with line items, discounts, and tax
- Keep a reusable list of clients with their contact and billing details
- Get paid online with a Stripe-powered pay link, so a client can pay by card
- Put an invoice on a repeating schedule and let overdue reminders go out automatically
- Download a branded PDF of any document, or export your invoice list to CSV for your books
