What is ShowSuite?

ShowSuite is a set of apps for event production that share one account. You sign in once and move between them without setting up separate logins, teams, or billing.

There are three apps, plus the account hub that ties them together.

AppWhat it is for
ShowPlotDraw the show. Lay out rooms and stages to real dimensions, place gear, patch DMX, build video walls, pack the truck, and hand over branded tech sheets.
ShowKeepRun the gear. Track every item and unit, build jobs and pull sheets that check availability by date, scan gear in and out, and report on your inventory.
ShowBillInvoice the job. Build estimates and invoices, manage clients, and get paid online.

The account hub at account.showsuite.cc is where your account, organization, team seats, and subscription live. It is shared by all three apps.

One account, one organization

Everything you do in ShowSuite belongs to an organization. Your teammates join that organization, share its seats, and see the same inventory, shows, and invoices. Your subscription is billed once for the whole organization, not once per app.

That means the apps are not three separate products you glue together. They are one workspace seen from three angles: the drawing, the gear, and the money.

Each app stands on its own

You do not have to use all three. Each app has a free tier and works by itself:

  • Use ShowPlot alone to draw and document a show.
  • Use ShowKeep alone as your inventory system.
  • Use ShowBill alone to send invoices.

When you do use them together, the connections between them do real work: your inventory becomes the drawing, the drawing becomes the pull sheet, and the job becomes the invoice. That is covered in Working across the suite.
