Plans and the bundle at a glance
Each app has three tiers: Free, Pro, and Max. You pick a tier per app, and your whole organization shares it. This page is the quick version. For the full billing rules, see How billing works.
The shape of the tiers
The idea is the same in every app:
- Free lets you try the app and cover small or occasional work, with limits.
- Pro removes the everyday limits and turns on the features a working company needs.
- Max adds the advanced features and, importantly, the connections between apps.
Seats scale with the tier: Free is a single seat, Pro includes a few seats, and Max includes the most. Seats are shared across your organization.
What Max unlocks
The suite integrations, the parts that make the apps work as one, live on Max. For example:
- Your ShowKeep inventory showing up inside ShowPlot's library needs ShowKeep on Max.
- Sending a show, job, or invoice between apps with "Send to..." needs the apps involved on Max.
If you plan to use the apps together, Max is the tier to look at. See What each tier unlocks for integration.
The bundle
The bundle is the value option for companies that both draw shows and own gear. It grants Max on ShowPlot and ShowKeep together, with a shared pool of seats, for less than buying both at Max separately.
:::tip Which should I buy If you only draw shows, look at ShowPlot on its own. If you only manage gear, look at ShowKeep. If you do both, the bundle is almost always the better deal, and it turns on every connection between the two apps. :::
Changing your plan
You upgrade, downgrade, add an app, or switch between monthly and yearly billing from the account hub. Changes that cost more take effect right away and are prorated. Changes that cost less take effect at the end of your current period. The details are in Manage your subscription.
