Invite your team

Your teammates work in the same organization, so they see the same inventory, shows, and invoices you do. You add them once and they get every app your plan includes.

Send an invite​

  1. Go to account.showsuite.cc and open your organization settings.
  2. Under members, enter a teammate's email and choose their role.
  3. Send the invite. They get an email with a link to join.

When they accept, they land in your organization with the apps and plan you already pay for.

Seats​

Each plan includes a number of seats, and seats are shared across the whole organization rather than per app. A teammate takes one seat no matter how many of the apps they use.

If you run out of seats, you can raise your plan or, on higher tiers, add seats. If someone leaves, remove them to free their seat.

Roles​

Roles control what a member can change:

  • Owner has full control, including billing and closing the organization.
  • Admin can manage members and settings but is not the billing owner.
  • Member can do the day-to-day work in the apps.
  • Viewer can see the work but not change it.

:::note Revoking an invite If you invited the wrong address or someone no longer needs access, revoke the pending invite or remove the member from organization settings. Removing a member frees their seat immediately. :::
