My ShowKeep inventory is not showing up in ShowPlot
The Owned pane needs ShowKeep on Max or the bundle. Check your plan in the account hub. If your plan is right, open the Owned pane and click Refresh; ShowPlot keeps a cached copy and may just need to resync. If ShowKeep was briefly unreachable, the gear shows as unavailable until it reconnects. See Use your ShowKeep inventory inside ShowPlot.
Why is my export watermarked?
Free plans export a watermarked image. Pro and Max export clean PDF, DXF, glTF, and tech sheets, and Max removes the watermark from every format. Check your ShowPlot plan in the account hub.
I changed my show dates and the availability looks wrong
Availability is calculated for a specific window. After you change dates, click Refresh on the Owned pane so ShowPlot re-asks ShowKeep for the new window. Note that a confirmed job uses its own prep and return dates, not just the show days, so a long prep or late return counts against the gear. See Check availability before you pull.
"Send to..." is greyed out
Sending between apps is a Max feature, and both apps involved need Max, or you need the bundle. If the plan is right and it still will not send, the other app may be briefly unreachable; try again shortly. See Send work between apps.
Do I need to buy all three apps?
No. Each app has a free tier and works on its own. You only need higher tiers, or the bundle, when you want the connections between the apps. See Plans and the bundle.
I was charged when I added an app mid-month
Adding an app or upgrading takes effect immediately and is prorated for the rest of your current period, so you are charged for the part of the period you will use. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period instead. See How billing works.
How do I get my whole team in?
Invite them from organization settings in the account hub. They join your organization and get every app your plan includes, sharing your seats. See Invite your team.
