What each tier unlocks for integration

The apps work on their own at every tier. The connections between them live on Max and on the bundle. This page maps each connection to what you need.

The short version

  • The bundle is the simplest answer. It grants Max on ShowPlot and ShowKeep together and turns on every connection between those two apps.
  • ShowKeep on Max turns on the ShowKeep-into-ShowPlot connections (owned inventory, availability, cases into the truck pack), because that data comes from ShowKeep.
  • Send to... between any two apps needs both of those apps on Max, or the bundle.

By connection

ConnectionWhat you need
ShowKeep inventory shows up in ShowPlot's Owned paneShowKeep on Max, or the bundle
Availability counts and the pre-send preflight in ShowPlotShowKeep on Max, or the bundle
ShowKeep cases drop into ShowPlot's truck packShowKeep on Max, or the bundle
Send a show, job, or invoice with "Send to..."Both apps involved on Max, or the bundle
ShowBill receives a handoff and builds an invoiceShowBill on Max (and the sending app on Max)

Why the connections sit on Max

The connections are what turn three apps into one workflow, so they are the reason most companies move up to Max or the bundle. If you find yourself retyping the same gear list between apps, that is the sign it is time to look at Max. See Plans and the bundle.

:::note If a connection is off When a connection is not included in your plan, the app still works. The integrated piece is simply hidden or greyed out, and nothing you have made stops working. Turn the plan on and the connection appears. :::
