Your account and organizations

You have one ShowSuite login: an email and a password. It works across ShowPlot, ShowKeep, and ShowBill, and it is managed on the account hub at account.showsuite.cc. If it is about who you are, who you work with, or what you pay, it lives on the hub. If it is about a plot or a piece of gear, it lives in the product.

The organization holds everything

Your login gets you in the door, but your work lives in an organization. The organization is the shared workspace: your shows, your inventory, your invoices, your teammates, and your subscription all belong to it, not to you personally. When you invite someone, they join your organization and share everything your plan includes.

An organization has exactly one subscription and one shared team. See How billing works for the billing side and Seats, invites, and roles for the team side.

Belonging to more than one organization

Most people belong to a single organization. You can belong to more than one, for example if you run two separate businesses or freelance for a company that has its own ShowSuite account. Each organization is fully separate: its own team, its own inventory and shows, and its own subscription. Nothing carries over between them.

:::tip Starting a second organization Create a new organization from the user menu in any app, or from organization settings on the hub. You become its owner, and you can invite a different team into it. :::

Switching organizations

If you belong to more than one, the user menu in any app shows an Organization switcher listing every organization you are a member of. Pick one and the app reloads showing that organization's data. Whichever app you are in, you are always working inside exactly one organization at a time.
