The bundle explained

The ShowSuite bundle is a single subscription item that grants Max on ShowPlot and ShowKeep together. It exists for companies that both draw shows and own gear, and want the two apps working as one.

What it includes​

  • Max on ShowPlot and Max on ShowKeep, both at once, from one line on your subscription.
  • A shared pool of seats across both apps, the same seat count as buying Max on one app (currently 10). A teammate uses one seat regardless of which app, or both, they open.
  • Every connection between the two apps turned on: your ShowKeep inventory shows up in ShowPlot's library, ready to place with real dimensions and DMX modes; you can see what is available for your show dates while you draw and catch shortages before load-in; and you can send the finished plot to ShowKeep as a pull sheet, mapped to your inventory, in one click. Why it costs less​

Buying ShowPlot Max and ShowKeep Max separately is two subscription items at the Max price each. The bundle is priced lower than that total, because it is sold as one item. Current pricing for the bundle and for each app's tiers is shown on the Billing screen in the account hub, and it stays adjustable, so check there rather than relying on a number from elsewhere.

Buying and leaving the bundle​

The bundle is added to your organization's one subscription the same way any app or tier is: see Manage your subscription. Leaving the bundle works like a downgrade, it takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you choose what happens next: drop to Pro (or Free) on both apps, or keep only one app at Max. You keep full bundle access until the term ends either way.

:::tip Only need one app on Max If you only need the integrations pointed at one direction, ShowKeep on Max alone turns on the ShowKeep-into-ShowPlot connections (owned inventory, availability, cases into the truck pack). The bundle is the simplest answer when you want both apps at Max, not the only path to any single connection. :::
